Course Support
If you are having
a problem accessing your online course or using any of the tools
that have been assigned by your professor, you should complete the
Online
Course Support Form or e-mail DL
Support for assistance.
When e-mailing
dlsupport, please describe your problem fully and be sure to include
the following information:

Your full name
- Your
e-mail address
- Name
of course(s) in which you are experiencing the problem
- The
platform you are using (e.g. Mac or Windows)
- Your
browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) - indicate version
- Listserv
Name (if it is a listserv problem)
- WebBoard
Number (if it is a WebBoard problem)
- Your
MyWebCT User Name and Password (if it is a WebCT problem)
A member of
the DL Support Team will respond to your inquiry within twenty-four
hours.

If you need
help with an academic issue, you should follow the instructions
provided by your professor. In most cases, professors recommend
that students e-mail them within WebCT. If you find it necessary
to contact your professor by telephone, you may use the
NJCU Directory to locate your professor's phone number. If your
professor is not listed, you may wish to call the main number listed
for the academic department for assistance.
