Whether you are a graduate or undergraduate student, you will register online using GothicNet - NJCU's enterprise portal. Students use GothicNet to find and enroll in classes, look up financial aid, pay bills, and review grades. Use of GothicNet, including registration for online courses, requires that you have an assigned GothicNet ID and password. This information will be mailed to newly accepted students prior to registration.

To enroll in an online course through GothicNet follow hese steps:

1. Got to My Academics > Student Enrollment Center > Enroll in a Class.
2. Select the semester for which you are enrolling.
3. Type in the 4 digit course number for the course you would like to take.
4. View your course schedule to make sure that you are enrolled for the correct course.

Tuition and Fees

UNDERGRADUATE REGISTRATION
Undergraduate online courses are scheduled through the University’s Department of Registration Services. Registration is limited to students who are currently enrolled at New Jersey City University. If you are interested in applying to NJCU, please contact the Admissions Office at (888)441-NJCU or visit the NJCU website at http://www.njcu.edu/dept/registrar/ for further information and online application.

Please Note: During the summer, a formal application to New Jersey City University is not required. Visiting students must present the Registrar with the following:

• A completed NJCU visiting Undergraduate registration form.
• A permission letter from the university the student is attending stating the course titles, and authorized by a proper authority, or
• A copy of a university transcript, or a copy of the student's high school diploma.

GRADUATE REGISTRATION
Students who wish to register for graduate level online courses must be accepted for admission to Graduate Studies at NJCU. If you have not yet applied for admission to Graduate Students, you must first do so in order to register for your course(s).
