Respondus Software Request Form

I would like to obtain a copy of Respondus 3.0 under New Jersey City University's campus-wide license agreement with Respondus for use of this software. The completion of the form indicates that I consent to the terms of this agreement which permit me to install a copy of Respondus on my office and /or home computer. I further agree not to give the password information provided to me to anyone who is not affiliated with New Jersey City University.
